Brady Group commenced construction on the $400–500 million project in October 2013. This residential skyscraper reaches 223 metres (732 feet) in height. The project includes more than 500 residential apartments spanning across 69 levels, in addition to three basement levels.

At the time of construction, Vision Apartments were the Second–tallest residential building within the Melbourne CBD core, the seventh-tallest residential building in Melbourne, and the tenth–the tallest building in Melbourne overall.
